As the Consolidated Screening List at trade.gov is still not updating, you will need to search the Excel Spreadsheet version, available at: https://www.trade.gov/consolidated-screening-list
Scroll to CSV Downloadable Files and select CSV Download. This will open an Excel file that is searchable and is being updated.
