Following the arrival of the Russian S400 missile platform, Turkey will be officially removed from the F-35 program. All production of parts and components for the F-35 involving Turkey will be terminated by March 2020 and reallocated to other US partners. Any US companies with export activities involving Turkish manufacturer of F-35 parts and components should be aware that future exports, imports, and licensing authority may be terminated if a resolution to the ongoing negotiations is not reached. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this developing situation.
