BIS’ new SNAP-R site is now active. Companies should now migrate to the new SNAP-R site at https://snapr.bis.gov/. Before migrating you should take the following steps on the old site:
• Log into SNAP-R now and use the Manage User Profile function within your account to update
your e-mail.
• Please also contact your company’s/firm’s SNAP-R Administrators to validate that your email is
unique within your CIN account. (If you are the only user of your CIN account, this step is not
necessary.)
• If you are an Administrator for your CIN account, please verify now that every user in your
company/firm has a unique, active email address, and add or change email addresses as necessary
using the SNAP-R Self-Management function.
Following migration to the new site, you will still, for the the time being, be able to access and use the old SNAP-R site. However, at some point in the near future, the old site will be deactivated.
Migrating to the new site is simple and will take less than 5 minutes as long as your email is unique and up to date and you know your password and CIN.
