Wilmarth & Associates is open and providing all of our usual services to clients. We have cancelled all in person meetings and trainings/audits through April 15th (future cancellations will be done as required). We do offer Export Compliance trainings via webinar should you wish to have your yearly training performed in this time-frame.
At this time DDTC has extended all March 31st State Department registration expirations to May 31st. We anticipate that April registrations will also be extended, but no official notification has been issued.
We will continue to keep clients updated on any Export Control Reforms, State and Commerce Department closures, extensions of State Department registration expiration dates, etc. through our Export Blog found on Wilmarth & Associates’ website.
