Recently implemented restrictions regarding Russia, Belarus, and the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions of Ukraine require updates to your export Policies and Procedures. These new regulations have placed licensing restrictions on commodities and technology for end use by military and military intelligence end users and for military end use, which had previously been “No License Required”, and also updates the list of countries with near complete restrictions.
