With news that the Government has been funded for the next three weeks, both Commerce and State will resume reviewing licenses and agreements. Because this only guarantees three weeks of funding, it is important that any agreements you have to submit to the Commerce or State Department be submitted as soon as possible. If the government should once again shut down, priority will be given to submissions already in process once it reopens. With the expected overwhelming backlog, immediate action is recommended. If your licenses have been with us to be drafted pending the end of the shutdown, we will get the drafts to you as soon as possible.
