The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has become aware of certain companies receiving fraudulent communications purporting to be directed disclosures from the Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance (DTCC). The fraudulent communications in question are not from DTCC, and these fraudulent communications have been referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities. If you believe that you may have received such fraudulent communications, do not respond or click on any hyperlinks or attachments without first reaching out to DTCC at DTCC-CaseStatus@state.gov to confirm the authenticity of the correspondence.
