EXPORT CONTROL REFORM ENACTED FOR CATEGORIES I, II, III

On March 9th, 2020 the State and Commerce Departments finalized changes to Categories I, II, and III (Firearms, Guns, Ammunition and Ordinance) of the ITAR that will transition some items currently under the jurisdiction of the State Department to the Commerce Department.
