On Nov 18th, DDTC migrated to the FedRAMP High instance of a multifactor authentication solution to maintain a robust security posture and protect information stored within DECCS.
As part of this process, all users who did not log into DECCS prior to Nov 18th will need to contact the DDTC Help Desk to have their account password reset. Once reset, users will be able to log into DECCS as normal.
For assistance with the process of resetting the multifactor authentication for the account, please refer to the user guides and videos found here: User Management/MFA guides
The changes implemented will require you to either obtain a code via email to log in or set up Okta Verification on your cell phone for push notifications when logging in.
We recommend that if you have a DECCS account you log in now to confirm your password still works and set up the MFA to ensure you can log in when required for licensing or to submit your registration renewal.
Please contact the DDTC help desk with any questions.
