The DECCS system is scheduled to become fully operational in February. To register for full access to services, you will need to used the digital token contained in the invitation e-mail sent from OKTA. If you do not receive an email by the time DECCS goes live and need to access licensing and registration services, you will need to contact the DDTC help desk at (202) 663-2838 to have the email resent.
