DDTC has released a status of its operations. They report that licensing and electronic applications are in normal operational mode but have advised that longer than normal processing times are likely due to staffing reductions.
DDTC has also established a new option for submitting disclosures and related information (exhibits, extension requests, responses to inquiries etc.). Persons are encouraged to send these via email to DTCC-CaseStatus@state.gov, on company letterhead in PDF format. It is not necessary to mail a duplicate hard copy.
Commerce is likely to issue a similar status update.
