It is important when checking parties against the Restricted Parties lists to also check the address. The U.S. government has sanctioned several “stand alone” addresses which restricts any party, regardless of name, using that address. Companies are restricted from engaging in any export activities, including taking or sending payment, to parties using these addresses.
