There have been recent changes in DECCS license application forms. If you are drafting a new license application, or have an application in draft status, there will be additional fields that need to be completed, including contact email, end user and consignee information, and end use systems. In order to see those fields, you will need to clear your browser cache. If you fail to do this, you will get errors in several tabs and you will be unable to see what errors you have made and what requires completion.
