If you have not already migrated existing SNAP-R account, you should do so immediately to avoid delays in license applications submission.

Migrating to the new site is simple and will take less than 5 minutes as long as your email is unique and up to date and you know your password and CIN. Go to https://snapr.bis.gov/ to access the new SNAP-R site and migrate your account.
If you do not know remember your password, or your companies SNAP-R administrator is no longer with your company, you will need to do the following:
The holder of the CIN must submit a letter on company letterhead signed by an empowered official listing the CIN, the company name and physical address as it appears in SNAP-R (if known) and currently (if different). The letter must include the names of individuals who should be added to the account as account administrators and individuals who should be added as users. Provide role, name, email, and phone number for each individual. E-mail the letter as a .pdf to ECDOEXS@bis.doc.gov.
