On Wednesday, March 25th, the definition of “Export” will be revised in the ITAR (see 84 FR 70887 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/12/26/2019-27438/international-traffic-in-arms-regulations-creation-of-definition-of-activities-that-are-not-exports). Existing Policies and Procedures and Technology Control plans should be updated to reflect the revision. Please contact us for this important update.
