The Bureau of Industry and Security has added thirty-four entities to the Entity List. These thirty-four entities have been determined by the U.S. Government to be acting contrary to the foreign policy interests of the United States and will be listed on the Entity List under the destinations of Canada; People’s Republic of China (China); Iran; Lebanon; Netherlands (The Netherlands); Pakistan; Russia; Singapore; South Korea; Taiwan; Turkey; the United Arab Emirates (UAE); and the United Kingdom. One Russian party has been added to the Military End User List.
It is important to check all parties to an export transaction against all U.S. government sanctions lists at the time you receive an order and also prior to shipment. You should also check any parities in China, Russia, Venezuela and Burma for any military or military intelligence involvement as the Military End User List is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
