Neither the Consolidated Screening List, nor the EAR on the BIS website have been updated with these parties.  While the government is closed, neither the EAR nor the Consolidated Screening List will be updated. As an imperfect “stop gap”, we recommend using the Consolidated Screening List (if you are not using a 3rd party solution) and then, if there are no “hits”, doing a further check by googling the parties name along with “sanction”. This should produce a Federal Register Notice result if the party has been sanctioned.
