Foreign National Employees and Green Card Status (Permanent Resident Card)

If you have a foreign national employee who has licensing with DDTC or BIS permitting access to controlled technical data, who has acquired U.S. permanent resident status (Green Card), they no longer require licensing as they are considered a U.S. Person. The license for that person may be required to be  returned to either DDTC or BIS and reporting on the updated status may be required.
