Annual and semi-annual reports for self-classified encryption items exported under paragraph (b)(1), (b)(2) and (b)(3)(iii) of License Exception ENC for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2022 are due by February 1, 2023.
Items that have been classified through a Commodity Classification (CCATS) are not subject to this requirement.
