On Friday, September 11th BIS updated the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Commerce Control List (CCL) to harmonize with the Wassenaar Arrangement 2018 Plenary. This rule revises Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) controlled for national security reasons in each category of the CCL, except Category 4.
