DDTC has implemented changes to the DS2032 used to submit registrations and registration renewals. While the changes are not major, one issue that caused our office a bit of frustration was a problem with cached images in our browser. DECCS will ask you to confirm that a point of contact is a senior officer, but we did not see the box to indicate yes or no. After some frustration, we cleared our browser’s cached images and files. After clearing the cache, the box appeared. So, if you are getting the error that you need to indicate whether a point of contact is a senior officer, and you don’t see the check box to indicate, clear your browser cache.
