Possible Injunction Regarding Cats I,II,III Export Control Reform

A suit seeking an injunction has been filed by 22 Attorneys General to block transfer of certain USML category I, II, III items to the EAR. The final rule is scheduled to take effect on March 9th. Manufacturers and exporters of these items should monitor and continue to treat these items as ITAR controlled until such a time as the transfer has become official.
